Testo Anabolic Extreme Review

About The Product

We won’t waste your time here. This is possibly one of the worst supplements we’ve ever seen in our 20 years working in the supplements industry.

Let’s start with how you consume Testo Extreme Anabolic; you’re instructed to squirt this into your mouth with their fake syringe, which is ridiculous. If this worked, then most supplements would be consumed this way, but as you can see, most T-Boosters come in capsules (or even powder form is better than this).

There’s simply no need for the fake syringe.

Who are NutraCell Labs?

NutraCell Labs are a supplements company based in the UK. We couldn’t find much more information about them online, so we’re assuming it’s quite a small company.

Testo Extreme Anabolic is marketed as the “#1 strongest legal testosterone/muscle booster with no post therapy cycle required” – so let’s see whether it really is as strong as steroids.

Testo Extreme Anabolic Ingredients Explained

As we’ve mentioned, NutraCell Labs haven’ shown us the exact dosages of each ingredient in this testosterone booster – so we can’t fully analyze whether each ingredient will be effective.

However, we’ll take you through Testo Extreme Anabolic’s main ingredients – to show you whether it seems likely to work.

Here’s Everything You Need To Know:

Damiana Leaf

Basically, this hasn’t shown to have any effect on your testosterone levels in any human studies. It’s been slightly beneficial in rats, but until there’s been successful human trials, we don’t believe it works (we’re writing this in 2017).

Tribulus Terrestris Extract

Tribulus Terrestris has shown to improve libido in a few studies, but most results show that it’s ineffective. But that’s not the worst part – it’s been reported to increase your prostate weight (which can lead to serious male health issues).

For this reason, we try to avoid supplements containing Tribulus.

Glucosamine Sulfate

Gucosamine Sulfate has shown to relieve minor pain and delay the progression of knee osteoarthiritus (protect your knee joints). However, it hasn’t shown to have any effect on your testosterone levels.

Inositol

This is a molecule that’s structurally similar to glucose, known to reduce testosterone. But it’s also shown to reduce estrogen levels too (ultimately, we would just stay away from this ingredient when looking to boost T-Levels).

But Inositol isn’t a bad ingredient in general – it’s main benefit is to relieve anxiety, so it’s just bad when inside a testosterone booster supplement.

ALCAR

Also known as Acetyl-L-Carnitine, this has shown to reduce muscle damage and fatigue. However, it only works in dosages between 500mg-2,000mg – as we don’t know the dosages of each ingredient inside Testo Extreme Anabolic, we can’t say whether it’s effective here.

Not only that, ALCAR doesn’t have any effect on testosterone levels.

Saw Palmetto Extract

This is taken from the fruit of the Saw Palmetto tree. It’s mistakenly believed to improve testosterone and supress prostate growth – no studies have backed this up.

L-Arginine

This is ineffective in supplements, as it has a poor absorption rate when orally supplemented. Not only that, it’s main benefit is to improve blood flow (and therefore muscle pumps in the gym). If you want this benefit, then Citrulline Malate is your best option.

Ginseng Root Extract

Also known as Siberian Ginseng, don’t get this mixed up with Asian Red Panax Ginseng (which is one of the best testosterone boosting ingredients out there).

Unfortunately, Siberian Ginseng hasn’t shown to boost testosterone levels – but it has shown to slightly improve libido in a few studies. For this reason, it’s the best of the bad bunch in Testo Extreme Anabolic.

Caffeine

It’s strange seeing caffeine in a testosterone booster – it’s better in fat burners and pre-workout supplements, as it provides energy boosts to improve your gym session and help while you’re cutting calories.

However, Caffeine’s not shown to have any effect on testosterone levels.

Guarana

This is a stimulant, which isn’t good when Caffeine is already involved in Testo Extreme Anabolic. Basically, consuming large dosages of stimulants can lead to side effects such as jitters or energy crashes.

As a result, Testo Extreme Anabolic is more likely to cause jitters than improve your testosterone levels.

Green Tea Extract

Green Tea Extract is one of our favorite fat burning ingredients. In fact, we would have given Testo Extreme Anabolic a better rating if it marketed itself as a fat burner (not by much though).

But this ingredient has no effect on your testosterone levels either.

Side Effects

As NutraCell Labs hasn’t shown us the exact dosages of each ingredient inside Testo Extreme Anabolic, we can’t say for sure whether it’ll cause side effects.

However, Tribulus Terrestris has shown to increase prostate weight, and there’s increased risk of suffering from jitters and energy crashes due to Testo Extreme Anabolic containing 2 stimulants (Caffeine & Guarana).

Here’s the potential side effects from taking Testo Extreme Anabolic:

  • Increased prostate weight (Tribulus Terrestris)
  • Jitters (potentially high overall dosage of stimulants)
  • Energy Crashes (potentially high overall dosage of stimulants)

Testo Extreme Anabolic Review Conclusion

One things for sure – Testo Extreme Anabolic isn’t the “#1 testosterone/muscle booster” on the market. Its ingredient list simply doesn’t back up this claim, and you have more chance of suffering from side effects than experiencing heightened testosterone levels.

We’re actually glad we found this product – this is exactly the type of gimmick that we made LeanBulking for. We don’t want anyone wasting their hard-earned cash on useless products (which Testo Extreme Anabolic definitely is).

For this reason, you can either ignore our advice (remember we’ve been working in the supplements industry for over 20 years though), or take a look at your better options.
