About The Product

T Male Testosterone Booster is made by Nature’s Plus. We found it on Amazon and some smaller online retailers, listed for around the same price ($20 per 30 serving containers).

At first, this might seem like a great price, but the serving size is 2 capsules per day, which isn’t good; studies have shown that consuming 3-4 capsules per day is more beneficial, as it keeps your body ‘topped’ up with essential nutrients, encouraging your body to boost its testosterone production.

Now, 1-2 capsule servings will only stay in your body for up to 4-5 hours. This means that for half of your day that you’re awake, you’re not getting the most out of the product. Think about it, the regular serving size for medicine is 3-4 tablets, right? Well, this is for the same reason.

Anyway, we’ll analyze T Male Testosterone Booster’s nutrient profile for you in the next section. But first, we want you to learn more about Nature’s Plus below.

Who are Nature’s Plus?

We found this supplement company’s website after simply googling their name, which is a good thing. Easy to find.

However, after searching for and finding T Male Testosterone Booster, we realized that the page didn’t load the label information for this product. It’s never good when information is withheld from the customer, so we believe that Nature’s Plus should fix this as soon as possible.

Not only that, as Nature’s Plus doesn’t sell directly to the customer, it looks like they rely on online retailers such as Amazon. Personally, we prefer companies to sell and deliver directly to the customers, as they can handle complaints and any issues with their product better this way (ultimately, Nature’s Plus’ reputation for shipping is in the hands of Amazon, which in all fairness is usually reliable).

Anyway, their ‘about us’ page didn’t teach us much about their company; we usually like to see what year they were founded etc. But again, this is just personal preference and it doesn’t actually affect the quality of their products (we’re a review site so we critique everything and give our full, honest opinion).

However, one thing that can affect the effectiveness of T Male Testosterone Booster, are the ingredients inside. And that’s exactly what we’ll be analyzing below…

T Male Testosterone Booster Ingredients Explained

T Male Testosterone Booster contains 8 main ingredients overall, which we’ll be taking a closer look at in this review.

Our first impressions are quite mixed; this product contains some great nutrients such as Fenugreek Seed Extract & Red Asian Panax Ginseng. But it also includes ingredients that can cause side effects such as Tribulus Terrestris.

Not only that, we can’t avoid the fact that T-Male Testosterone Booster contains a proprietary blend (we’ll expand on this below)…

PROPRIETARY BLEND WARNING…

Proprietary blends are mixtures of numerous ingredients that’re only shown to you as 1 quantity. As you can see from the ‘T Male Proprietary Nutrient Blend’ on its ingredient list, the overall amount is 200mg – but you’re not shown the dosages of each ingredient inside such as Tribulus Terrestris.

This increases your risk of side effects, and also makes it uncertain whether this testosterone booster will work. For this reason, we try to avoid any supplement that contains proprietary blends.

Anyway, by the end of this review, you’ll know whether T Male Testosterone Booster is worth trying out.

Here’s Everything You Need To Know:

Zinc

Zinc is an essential mineral that’s shown to strengthen your immune system. But more importantly, it can encourage your body to produce more testosterone naturally.

However, it’s important to know that the TUL (tolerable upper limit) for Zinc is 40mg per day. As a result, you shouldn’t consume more than this amount for a prolonged period of time (a few days won’t effect you, but taking a supplement for 30 days might).

You can see from T Male Testosterone Booster’s ingredient list, that it contains a HUGE 35mg dosage of Zinc per daily serving. Ultimately, if you consume foods that are high in Zinc alongside this supplement, then there’s a chance you’ll be exceeding the TUL.

Again, we’ll repeat that we advise you to stay under the TUL for zinc, or risk suffering from non-serious side effects. While the side effects won’t kill you, it’s not worth suffering any when you’re paying valuable cash for gym supplements.

Fenugreek Seed Extract

Fenugreek Seed Extract is one the best testosterone boosting nutrients a available; it’s a herb that’s been used for decades in ayurveda (Traditional Indian Medicine) for one reason – it works.

What does it do? Well, it’s shown to enhance your testosterone levels, as well as sex drive, when consumed in dosages as low as 50mg per serving.

Ultimately, not only is Fenugreek Seed Extract effective, but it’s also one of the most efficient nutrients too. Great job by Nature’s Plus here.

Tribulus Terrestris

As we’ve already mentioned, this is part of a proprietary blend. If you haven’t read why these are bad, then scroll back up and take a look.

Anyway, many believe Tribulus Terrestris to be an effective ingredient at raising your T levels. However, the bad news is that studies have revealed this herb to be ineffective at delivering this benefit.

That doesn’t mean it’s completely useless though; Tribulus has shown to boost your sex drive, which would make it a useful addition to T Male Testosterone Booster.

However, we can’t ignore the fact that Tribulus Terrestris has also shown to cause an increase in your prostate weight; this can lead to serious male health issues, so it’s something that we personally don’t risk.

For this reason, we can’t recommend that you consume testosterone boosters containing Tribulus Terrestris. But again, we acknowledge that it’s proven to raise your libido.

Red Asian Panax Ginseng

Panax Ginseng is known among nutritionists as ‘the true ginseng’ because it’s the most effective form of this species of plant.

So what does it do? Well, modern studies have proven that Panax Ginseng is able to strengthen your erections, as well as boost your testosterone production – making it a key addition to any T-Booster supplement.

However, the same studies have also shown that you need to consume at least 100mg per serving for this to work. The bad news is that because Panax Ginseng is part of a proprietary blend, you’ll never know the exact dosage of this herb inside T Male Testosterone Booster (meaning it might not work here).

Ultimately, this is a great example of why we advise you to avoid supplements containing proprietary blends.

L-Carnitine

We’re not sure why Nature’s Plus has added L-Carnitine into T Male Testosterone Booster; it’s a useful ingredient in pre-workout supplements, due to being able to enhance your cognition while reducing muscular fatigue & damage.

However, it’s not able to raise your testosterone levels (making it an unnecessary addition to this product). Not only that, it’s not good that it’s part of a proprietary blend, as studies show you need to consume at least 500mg for it to work.

As the entire ‘T Male Proprietary Nutrient Blend’ only adds up to 200mg, it’s impossible for there to be an effective dosage in T Male Testosterone Booster.

Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola Rosea is a great addition to a nootropic or pre-workout supplement; it’s shown to enhance your focus while reducing fatigue levels.

However, as it has no effect on your testosterone levels, it’s not really needed in T Male Testosterone Booster.

Vinitrox

We hadn’t seen this ingredient in any supplement before, so we conducted our own research. We found that it’s believed to boost your nitric oxide levels, due to containing Grape Extract, which contains high amounts of nitrates.

However, we don’t really understand why Nature’s Plus has added this into T Male Testosterone Booster. If we had to guess, we believe it’s because they want you to believe that increased blood flow will really strengthen your erections, but this isn’t always the case.

Instead, nutrients such as Panax Ginseng have proven to be much more reliable at strengthening your erections.

Ultimately, an increase in nitric oxide levels is great when taking a pre-workout supplement (so you experience enhanced muscle pumps while lifting weights). However, this benefit isn’t really necessary in a testosterone booster supplement.

Boron

Similarly to Zinc, Boron is another mineral that’s shown to promote healthy testosterone levels. However, as it’s effects haven’t always proven to be completely reliable, we can’t consider this to be a key test boosting nutrient.

But in all fairness to Nature’s Plus, they’ve dosed this well; Boron has shown to be effective in dosages of 3mg and above, and T Male Testosterone Booster contains 6mg, meaning it’s been optimally dosed here.

Side Effects

T Male Testosterone Booster contains 1 ingredient that we’re concerned about – Tribulus Terrestris.

We’ve already mentioned that it causes an increase in prostate weight, which can lead to serious male health issues. For this reason, we always advise you to stay away from supplements containing Tribulus Terrestris.

You also know that T Male Testosterone Booster contains a HUGE dosage of Zinc per daily serving; this can cause non-serious side effects such as headaches and nausea – but when you’re paying for the luxury of taking supplements, you shouldn’t be at risk of any side effects.

As a result, we advise you to consume a maximum of 15mg Zinc per daily serving to ensure you stay avoid side effects.

Here’s the potential side effects from taking T Male Testosterone Booster:

  • Increased weight of your prostate (Tribulus Terrestris)
  • Nausea (Zinc)
  • Headaches (Zinc)

T Male Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

While T Male Testosterone Booster isn’t the worst product we’ve reviewed, its certainly not the best either. However, you do have to remember that this supplement is priced at $20, making it a budget test booster.

For this reason, it’s unfair to compare it to the premium, highest rated T-Boosters on the market.

Personally, we prefer to save up extra cash and invest in higher quality items, even if they cost a bit more. This is because we’ve suffered from side effects without seeing any results when taking cheaper supplements.

But saying that, Nature’s Plus could have taken out the proprietary blend, as well as other nutrients such as Rhodiola Rosea & L-Carnitine; this would have allowed them to add Vitamin D3, which is arguably the best nutrient available when it comes to boosting your testosterone levels.
