Stevia Pre Workout is a pre-workout supplement marketed by SizeSlim. It comes in 30 serving containers, in 3 flavors – Kiwi Strawberry, Mango, and Pineapple Orange Punch.

SizeSlim haven’t been very creative with the name of their pre-workout. So let’s see whether its ingredients are any better.

The first thing we noticed about this product was that it contains stevia – a sweetener alternative to sugar.

SizeSlim seem to focus this whole pre-workout around stevia, instead of describing how it will benefit your gym session – which is the most important thing. We’re here to give you a detailed analysis of Stevia Pre Workout’s ingredients.

Here’s everything you need to know:

Citrulline Malate

This is a key pre-workout ingredient when dosed correctly (at 6g-8g). But here’s the problem – Stevia Pre Workout only contains 3g, so it’s not likely to be effective in this product.

How can it benefit you? Well, it turns into L-Arginine in your kidneys, which dilates your blood vessels (vasodilation). Basically, this results in you experiencing intense muscle pumps – so look for a pre-workout containing at least 6g (6,000mg) of Citrulline Malate.

This molecule can enhance muscular endurance. But here’s the problem – it can cause paresthesia in doses over 0.8g-1g.

What’s paresthesia? It’s a tingling on the skin of your face, chest, hands, fingertips and toes. It’s not life threatening, but it’s uncomfortable enough to ruin your gym session.

Stevia Pre Workout contains 1g of Beta-Alanine, so you’re at risk from experiencing this side effect.

Stevia Pre Workout has dosed this perfectly at 200mg – Caffeine’s optimal dose is between 150-200mg, so you don’t suffer any side effects.

Also known as Citicholine, this converts into Choline after you consume it. But here’s the problem – Choline offers no benefits to improve your training session.

Not only that, Choline can cause fishy odors in your breath and body secretions – which isn’t very good.

This is simply a form of L-Valine (a branched chain amino acid). It’s believed to improve blood circulation and blood flow, which would improve muscle pumps.
