About The Product

LipoRUSH XTP is a fat burner supplement made by NDS Nutrition. It costs $79.99 for 45 serving containers, making it one of the most expensive fat burners we’ve reviewed.

However, we were surprised to see that it comes in powder form, instead of the usual tried-and-tested capsule form for fat burners. There’s no problem with this, but we believe that capsules are more convenient to consume at your office desk or while travelling around.

Not only that, NDS LipoRUSH XTP only provides 1 daily serving; this isn’t great, as 1 serving will only stay in your system for 1 hour or 2. Studies have shown that splitting up servings into 3-4 capsules keeps your body fuelled – giving you the best chance to get rid of that belly fat.

Anyway, we’ll analyze NDS LipoRUSH XTP’s nutrient profile for you, after telling you more about the company behind it.

Who Are NDS Nutrition?

NDS Nutrition is a supplements brand owned by FitLife Brands Inc. It was founded in 2002, and offer a wide range of supplements – from testosterone boosters, protein powders to fat burner supplements like NDS LipoRUSH XTP.

In all honesty, we don’t know much about this supplements company – so we’ve just told you what we found on the ‘about us’ page on their website. So let’s get busy with what we do know – which ingredients form this fat burner’s nutrient profile below…

NDS LipoRUSH XTP Ingredients Explained

Right, so if you check out NDS LipoRUSH XTP’s supplement facts, you’ll see that it contains an overload of ingredients, all bundled into groups – these are proprietary blends (we’ll explain what these are in more detail below).

PROPRIETARY BLEND WARNING…

Proprietary blends are mixtures of numerous ingredients that’re only shown to you as 1 quantity. As you can see from the ‘XTP Burn Blend in this fat burner’s ingredient list, the overall amount is 2,000mg – but you’re not shown the dosages of each ingredient inside such as Caffeine.

This increases your risk of side effects, and also makes it uncertain whether this fat burner will work. For this reason, we try to avoid any supplement that contains proprietary blends.

Anyway, we’ll give you summaries of each proprietary blend inside this fat burner – so you can see how effective NDS LipoRUSH XTP really is.

Here’s Everything You Need To Know:

XTP Burn Blend

This is the first proprietary blend inside NDS LipoRUSH XTP. But it’s also the most potentially dangerous due to containing numerous stimulants; such as Caffeine, Citrus Aurantium, Yohimbe, and Theobromine.

In fact, Citrus Aurantium has been banned in numerous countries after causing harmful side effects; so this is one ingredient we always advise you to stay away from.

Not only that, Yohimbe has been reported to cause numerous side effects, so this is another nutrient we stay away from.

Water Shred Blend

The second proprietary blend in NDS LipoRUSH XTP; we’re guessing that this is called ‘Water Shred Blend’ because it contains a diuretic (Dandelion Root Extract).

What’s a diuretic? Well, it’s something that encourages your body to pass more water. However, this can be dangerous if you’re not aware that you’re consuming a diuretic (as you could become dangerously dehydrated if you’re not drinking enough water).

For this reason, we always believe that companies should add a ‘warning’ to their products that contain a diuretic.

Not only that, this blend doesn’t contain any key fat burning ingredients (although L-Carnitine has shown to slightly promote fat loss, it’s not a main benefit).

Neuro Recovery Blend

Right, so this proprietary blend is titled ‘neuro recovery blend’, so it’s fairly obvious that there are ingredients shown to boost your focus here (such as Rhodiola Rosea, which is a key pre-workout and nootropic ingredient).

However, we have to repeat that NDS LipoRUSH XTP is a fat burner supplement – so we’d like to see more ingredients proven to promote fat loss, instead of boost your focus.

Ultimately, there are no key ingredients that would be seen in the highest rated fat burners here.

Amino Fit Blend

This blend is basically just the BCAAs (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine), which are beneficial when taken after your workout to promote muscle protein synthesis (muscle growth).

However, they haven’t shown to promote fat loss like Green Tea Extract does. Again, we’re dissapointed that NDS LipoRUSH XTP doesn’t contain any key fat burning nutrients in this blend (and to be honest, we prefer it when companies don’t hide their ingredients inside blends anyway).

Delivery Agent: Black Pepper Extract

This is the only non-proprietary blend in NDS LipoRUSH XTP. But that hasn’t stopped NDS Nutrition from giving it a fancy name.

In case your wondering; yes, this is the same black pepper that you sprinkle onto your food to make it taste better.

But you might not know that Black Pepper Extract can improve your digestion and the absorption rate of supplements it’s added to. Ultimately, it’s not a key ingredient, but it can be a useful ‘bonus’ feature to include.

Side Effects

We mentioned that the ‘XTP Burn Blend’ was the worst inside NDS LipoRUSH XTP; this is because it contains 2 ingredients that’re likely to cause side effects (and as Caffeine is in this proprietary blend, it might be contained in a large dosage, which can lead to jitters and energy crashes).

Basically, Synephrine has been banned in countries such as the UK after causing harmful side effects. In fact, we’ve personally taken fat burner supplements containing this ingredient before, and can confirm that it makes you feel like sh*t.

Not only that; Yohimbe has been listed as a ‘dangerous’ ingredient by the FDA, and we believe it’ll soon be banned.

Another mistake that NDS Nutrition has made, is adding Caffeine into a proprietary blend. Basically, we always advise that you consume less than 100mg Caffeine per capsule in fat burner supplements. Well, NDS LipoRUSH XTP contains 300mg Caffeine in 1 serving, which is very likely to cause jitters and energy crashes.

Here’s the potential side effects from taking NDS LipoRUSH XTP:

  • Nausea (Synephrine & Yohimbe)
  • Headache (Synephrine & Yohimbe)
  • Anxiety (Synephrine & Yohimbe)
  • Jitters (Over 100mg Caffeine per capsule)
  • Energy Crashes (Over 100mg Caffeine per capsule)

NDS LipoRUSH XTP Review Conclusion

For a fat burner, it’s worrying that NDS LipoRUSH XTP doesn’t contain any key fat burning ingredients.

This company has relied on 2 potentially harmful ingredients (Synephrine and Yohimbe) to promote fat loss – but as we mentioned, these nutrients out you at risk of the side effects listed in the section above.

We would have preferred to have seen tried-and-tested ingredients such as Green Tea Extract and Cayenne Pepper, along with something to suppress your appetite (which we believe is a key benefit of fat burner supplements).
