About The Products
Alpha Strike v.2 is a testosterone booster made by NDS Nutrition. It costs $66.49 for 30 serving containers, with a serving size of 2 capsules daily; this could be better, as studies show 3-4 capsules spread throughout the day is more beneficial for you.
We’ll analyze Alpha Strike v.2’s nutrient profile for you in the next section. But first, we’ll tell you more about the company behind it.
Who are NDS Nutrition?
NDS Nutrition are a USA-based supplements company. Their products always seem to be popular on GNC, so while they’re not incredibly well-known around the world, they certainly are in America.
We’re aware that NDS Nutrition market a range of supplements, including fat burners and pre-workouts. But you’re here to learn more about Alpha Strike v.2, so let’s see which ingredients are inside below…
Alpha Strike v.2 Ingredients Explained
From just looking at Alpha Strike v.2’s nutrient profile, you can see that too many ingredients have been added into this test booster.
We usually prefer supplements containing under 10 nutrients; from experience, we found that those containing more than 10 are most likely to be under-dosed in general.
Not only that, another problem we have is that every ingredient in Alpha Strike v.2 is part of a proprietary blend (we’ll expand on this below).
PROPRIETARY BLEND WARNING…
Proprietary blends are mixtures of numerous ingredients that’re only shown to you as 1 quantity. As you can see from the ‘T-MAX Blend’ on this fat burner’s ingredients list, the overall amount is 987mg – but you’re not shown the dosages of each ingredient inside such as Tribulus Terrestris Extract.
This increases your risk of side effects, and also makes it uncertain whether Alpha Strike v.2 will work. For this reason, we try to avoid any supplement that contains proprietary blends.
As you can see, we’re not big fans of companies adding proprietary blends into their products. We prefer to see the exact dosages of nutrients inside, so you can determine how good these supplements really are.
Anyway, we’ll take you through each blend in Alpha Strike v.2. By the end of this review, you’ll have a good idea of how safe and effective this testosterone booster really is.
Here’s Everything You Need To Know:
Stinging Nettle Leaf Extract
One of the best ingredients in Alpha Strike v.2 is Stinging Nettle Leaf Extract. This plant is well known to ‘sting’ you upon contact, so it’s easy to see why it has this name.
But most people won’t know that it’s able to raise your T and HGH levels when consumed in supplements.
So it’s definitely better than most ingredients in Alpha Strike v.2, but remember that you’re not shown the exact dosage in this T-Booster – so it might not be contained in an effective amount here.
Maca Root Powder & Long Jack Extract
We’ve grouped these 2 nutrients together, otherwise we’d be here all day and they’re quite similar.
Basically, both of these ingredients have shown to benefit your libido. But the problem is that they’re not able to raise your testosterone levels.
Ultimately, remember that a natural raise in T levels will also raise your libido too. So these ingredients solve a symptom, but not the cause.
As a result, we would have much preferred to see a key test boosting ingredient here such as Vitamin D3.
Tribulus Terrestris Extract
This is definitely one of the worst ingredients in Alpha Strike v.2, in our honest opinion.
Why? Because studies show that Tribulus Terrestris can potentially cause prostate enlargement.
Basically, this isn’t a side effect that you should risk, so we personally prefer to avoid this ingredient in T-Boosters.
Not only that, the worst part is that Tribulus Terrestris hasn’t actually proven to raise your testosterone levels in any study. So this makes it an ineffective ingredient in Alpha Strike v.2 too.
Beetroot Extract
We’re not sure why NDS Nutrition has added Beetroot Extract into Alpha Strike v.2; it’s known for being able to enhance your sporting performance, but hasn’t shown to impact your T levels.
For this reason, while it can be a key addition to a pre-workout supplement, it’s not as useful in a T-Booster.
Panax Ginseng Extract
Panax Ginseng is the best ingredient in Alpha Strike v.2. It’s proven to benefit your T levels, general health and cognition too, so it’s the full-package here.
But again, the problem is that you’re not shown the exact dosage in Alpha Strike v.2, due to it being in a proprietary blend. Ultimately, this reinforced why we don’t like these blends in supplements.
Saw Palmetto Berry Powder
This is the berry of the Saw Palmetto tree that’s been used as medicine for a long time. It’s mainly known for its ability to suppress prostate growth, so it’s usually added to counteract the potential side effect of Tribulus Terrestris.
We personally try to avoid Tribulus Terrestris altogether to avoid its side effect. But at least NDS Nutrition are aware of it’s potential threat and have tried to solve it with Saw Palmetto Berry Powder.
Milk Thistle Powder
Milk Thistle Powder isn’t really needed in any natural testosterone booster. It’s normally taken by those on ‘strong’ cycles of illegal supplements, to protect their liver against the toxicity of them.
However, no natural T-Booster will pose any threat to your liver. So as we mentioned, Milk Thistle Powder isn’t necessary here, and it might even be used as a gimmick to fool you into thinking Alpha Strike v.2 is ‘stronger’ than it is (in our honest opinion).

Side Effects
The main concern we have with Alpha Strike v.2, is that it contains Tribulus Terrestris; this has shown to be capable of causing prostate enlargement, which is something you should try to avoid at all costs.
Apart from that, the rest of the ingredients in Alpha Strike v.2 seem to be relatively safe.
Here’s the potential side effects from taking Alpha Strike v.2:
- Prostate Enlargement (Tribulus Terrestris)
Alpha Strike v.2 Review Conclusion
The worst thing about Alpha Strike v.2 is that every ingredient in this T-Booster are part of 3 different proprietary blends; as we mentioned, this means you’re not shown the dosage of any nutrients here.
But another concern is the inclusion of Tribulus Terrestris, which can cause an unwanted side effect. Overall though, Alpha Strike v.2 certainly isn’t the worst product we’ve seen. It’s respectable and has a place in the market.
