Anyway, it’s easy to see that Max Effort Muscle have gone for the ‘retro’ look on their supplements. But let’s see whether their Test Booster can keep up with the already established products on the market.
Max Effort Muscle Test Booster Ingredients Explained
Our first impressions of Max Effort Muscle Test Booster are quite mixed.
We’re confused as to why it contains a fat burning nutrient, Cayenne Pepper Powder; an increase in testosterone will encourage your body to shred more fat, so this isn’t needed in a testosterone booster supplement.
Also, Rhodiola Rosea is a useful ingredient in pre-workout supplements, as it’s able to reduce fatigue and boost your focus. However, again, these benefits aren’t needed in Max Muscle Effort Test Booster either.
Ultimately, we would have preferred Max Muscle Effort Test Booster to contain tried-and-tested nutrients such as Vitamin D3. But we’ll still take you through each ingredient inside this product.

Pro-Tribulus 400 & Tribulus Terrestris
This is basically a patented form of Tribulus Terrestris. We’re not sure why Max Muscle Effort has added both ‘Pro-Tribulus 400’ as well as the unpatented version too (there’s no need for both).
Basically, they should have simply increased the dosage of one of the forms of Tribulus Terrestris. But to be honest, we would have left this ingredient out altogether.
Why? Because Tribulus Terrestris has shown to cause your prostate weight to increase.
You can imagine that this can lead to serious male health issues in the future. So it’s something we’d rather avoid.
Not only that, Tribulus Terrestris hasn’t actually shown to boost your testosterone levels in any study. The only thing it does is improve your libido, which in all fairness is still beneficial in Max Effort Muscle Test Booster.
For this reason, we acknowledge that it raises your libido, but personally, we don’t want to risk its side effect.
Rhodiola Rosea is a useful nutrient to have in a pre-workout supplement. However, it’s main benefits are reducing muscular fatigue and improving your focus; these aren’t necessary in a testosterone booster, and a natural raise in test levels will result in this anyway.
Ultimately, we’d rather have ingredients that have shown to boost your testosterone levels in a test booster supplement. So while Rhodiola Rosea is a key nutrient in pre-workout supplements, we don’t believe it’s needed in Max Effort Muscle Test Booster.
Also known as Eurycoma Longifolia, this has been believed to be an aphrodisiac for decades.
Modern studies have backed this belief, as they’ve shown that Longjack is able to raise your libido and strengthen your erections.
However, the bad news is that Longjack Extract hasn’t proven to raise your testosterone levels. Ultimately, this is the main aim when buying a testosterone booster supplement, but we still acknowledge that Longjack Extract is a useful addition to Max Effort Muscle.
Cayenne Pepper Extract
You might have consumed this chilli pepper before, and everyone knows how hot it can be.
Basically, it raises your body temperature and makes you sweat; this is exactly how it works to boost your metabolism and promote fat loss.
For this reason, it’s a key addition to any fat burner supplement. However, it’s not necessary in Max Effort Muscle Test Booster, as it’s not able to raise your testosterone levels.
Ultimately, if you’re main aim is to lose body fat, then a fat burner supplement will be more beneficial for you. But in a test booster supplement, we’d rather see nutrients such as Vitamin D3, which has proven to raise your T levels.

After completing some research through our contacts, we found that Quebracho is a tree that grows in South American countries such as Argentina, Brazil & Paraguay.
We also found that it’s believed to contain high amounts of tannin; while this can improve your general health, it’s not reliable at boosting your testosterone levels.
Again, we’ll repeat that we wish Max Effort Muscle had added a more reliable nutrient, such as Vitamin D3.

Although the majority of Max Effort Muscle Test Booster’s ingredients are safe, there’s 2 that can cause a side effect; Pro Tribulus 400 and Tribulus Terrestris.
First of all, we’re not sure why Max Effort Muscle have added 2 different forms of the same ingredient. Secondly, Tribulus Terrestris has been reported to cause an increase in weight of your prostate.
This can lead to serious male health issues, so we try to avoid Tribulus Terrestris in supplements.
