About The Product
WARNING! is a fat burner supplement made by Lecheek Nutrition. It costs $34.95 for 60 serving containers, with a serving size of 2 capsules daily.
Personally, we prefer serving sizes of 3-4 capsules daily, as this keeps your body fired-up with nutrients for longer, and spreads out the overall dosage of stimulants too. But we do understand that others like to consume fewer capsules, so we’ll leave this up to you.
We’ll be analyzing the ingredients in WARNING! in this review, so you can see how safe and effective this fat burner is. But first, we’ll tell you more about the company behind it.
Who are Lecheek Nutrition?
After looking at their ‘about us’ page on their website, we didn’t learn a great deal about Lecheek Nutrition. They’ve gained recognition for their pre-workout supplement before, but apart from that, they’re not one of the big boys in the industry like Optimum Nutrition or MuscleTech.
We believe that Lecheek Nutrition was founded in 2013, but we might be wrong. Anyway, none of this affects the quality of their fat burner, WARNING!, so let’s see which ingredients are inside below…
WARNING! Fat Burner Ingredients Explained
WARNING! fat burner contains 9 main ingredients that we’ll be analyzing for you in this review; this is a good number to have in 1 supplement, as we find that products containing over 10 nutrients are usually under-dosed.
However, the bad news is that WARNING! fat burner contains 3 ingredients that have been reported to cause side effects (Yohimbine, Rauwolfia & Huperzine A), as well as an overload of stimulants, in our honest opinion.
But there are also many good things about WARNING! fat burner too; it contains some key fat burning nutrients such as Green Coffee Bean Extract.
Anyway, we’ll explain this and more as we take you through each ingredient inside WARNING! fat burner. By the end of this review, you’ll have a good idea of how safe and effective this fat burner really is.

Here’s Everything You Need To Know:
If Caffeine was the only stimulant in WARNING! fat burner then it would be a key addition here; we always advise you to consume under 100mg Caffeine Anhydrous per capsule serving to stay safe from jittery side effects.
The good news is that WARNING! fat burner is split into 2 capsule servings, meaning the 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous dosage is sensibly split.
On its own, this would ensure that your energy levels are kept high as you cut calories in order to lose fat. But you’ll learn more about the other stimulants in WARNING! fat burner in this section soon.
Green Coffee Bean Extract
In case you’re wondering, Green Coffee Bean Extract is basically unroasted coffee beans; it’s found to have higher levels of chlorogenic acid when unroasted, which is able to raise your metabolism and promote fat loss.
For this reason, we consider Green Coffee Bean Extract to be a key addition to any fat burner supplement. Great job by Lecheek Nutrition here.
Yerba Mate Powder
Yerba Mate is another stimulant in WARNING! fat burner. As we mentioned before, this product already contains a good amount of Caffeine Anhydrous, so there’s really no need for this to be here.
Ultimately, we always advise you to consume under 100mg caffeine per capsule serving. However, having Yerba Mate Powder here can increase your risk of jittery side effects here (in our honest opinion).
DMAE is believed to improve your cognition, to help improve your focus and memory. However, DMAE hasn’t shown to have direct effect on fat loss – so we don’t consider it to be a key addition to WARNING! fat burner here.
Not only that, DMAE is believed to be teratogenic (meaning it’s thought to cause defects to unborn babies). So we strongly recommend you avoid this ingredient if you’re pregnant or are planning to have children in the near future.
We would have much preferred to see a proven fat burning nutrient such as Green Tea Extract here instead.
Caffeine Citrate is another stimulant that’s basically a combination of Caffeine Anhydrous, Citric Acid and Sodium Citrate Dihydrate; if that doesn’t really mean anything to you, then just know that it’s also able to raise your energy levels.
Now, we’ve already mentioned that WARNING! fat burner has a high dosage of Caffeine in our opinion (due to Caffeine Anhydrous and Yerba Mate Powder being included). So having Caffeine Citrate here increases your risk of jittery side effects even further.
Personally, we prefer supplements that only contain 1 source of stimulant and under 100mg Caffeine Anhydrous per capsule serving. This will ensure that you’re safe from side effects.
This is a patented form of DiCaffeine Malate, which is another stimulant. Now, you already know that we believe there to be too many stimulants in WARNING! fat burner, so we’ll that there.
Rauwolfia Vomitoria Extract
Also known as the ‘poison’s devil pepper’, this is a herb that’s shown to have slightly positive effects on fat loss. However, the bad news is that Rauwolfia Vomitoria Extract has also been reported to cause numerous side effects too.
Ultimately, this is why we try to avoid fat burners containing Rauwolfia Vomitoria when we can.
Yohimbine Extract is a chemical that’s not been completely accepted as ‘safe’ in the UK or USA. Actually, Yohimbe Bark Extract (which contains high amounts of Yohimbine) has been banned in the UK after it caused numerous side effects.
But we will acknowledge that Yohimbine has been known to have a positive effect on fat loss. Saying that, we don’t think there’s any need to risk side effects when there are safe and effective nutrients available such as Green Tea Extract.
In fact, a study conducted in 2010 concluded that it should be further reviewed by the authorities, which you can see here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20442348
In case you’re unaware, Huperzine A is a cognitive enhancer that’s probably more useful in nootropic supplements.
Basically, as it’s not shown to have any direct effects on fat loss, we don’t consider it to be essential in fat burner supplements. Not only that, Huperzine A is another ingredient that’s been reported to cause side effects in the past.
Ultimately, we would have preferred to see a tried-and-tested fat burning nutrient such as Green Tea Extract instead here.

As we’ve mentioned throughout this review, there are ingredients that we believe might cause side effects in our honest opinion. The main ingredients that we consider to be potentially risky are; Huperzine A, Rauwolfia Vomitoria Extract and Yohimbine Extract.
Also, we consider there to be too many stimulants packed into WARNING! fat burner, which might cause those sensitive to stimulants jitters and energy crashes.
Again, we’ll repeat that there are safe and effective fat burning nutrients available, so there’s no need to consume ingredients that might cause side effects.
Here’s the potential side effects from taking WARNING!:
- Nausea (Huperzine A, Rauwolfia Vomitoria Extract, Yohimbine Extract)
- Diarrhea (Huperzine A, Rauwolfia Vomitoria Extract, Yohimbine Extract)
- Anxiety (Rauwolfia Vomitoria Extract & Yohimbine)
- High Blood Pressure (Yohimbine)
- Jitters (Overload of Stimulants)
- Energy Crashes (Overload of Stimulants)
WARNING! Fat Burner Review Conclusion
We might seem like we’ve been quite critical of WARNING! fat burner in this review. However, we’re simply giving you our honest opinion about this product.
Personally, we wouldn’t want to consume the amount of stimulants seen in this fat burner; we always advise you to consume fat burners containing under 100mg Caffeine Anhydrous per serving as its only source of stimulant, to stay safe from jittery side effects.
Also, the Yohimbine Extract (as well as Rauwolfia Vomitoria Extract & Huperzine A) potentially pose risks when it comes to side effects.
Ultimately, we would rather choose a fat burner that only contains tried-and-tested nutrient such as Green Tea Extract; this ensures that you get the best bang for your buck. But in fairness, WARNING! fat burner by Lecheek Nutrition is a respectable product that certainly has a place in the market.
