INFINITY is a pre-workout supplement made by RARI Nutrition. It comes in 15-20 serving containers (depending on whether you consume 1 or 2 scoops per serving).

What flavors does it come in? Blue Raspberry and Strawberry Lemonade.

It sounds quite tasty, but the real question is – does it work?

INFINITY’s Ingredients Explained 

We like that RARI Nutrition has kept the ingredients list to 6 ingredients – there’s many pre-workouts with loads of unnecessary ingredients, so it’s good to see.

But are Infinity’s ingredients effective, in optimal doses? This is the most important thing here.

To answer this question, we’ve analyzed each ingredient inside, to see if this works. Check out the ingredients list below:

Here’s Everything You Need To Know:

  • Caffeine – In most pre-workouts, because it’s reliable and works. What does it do? It improves strength, endurance, and focus, which are key benefits in any pre-workout.

The only issue we have with infinity, is if you take 2 scoops – with 2 scoops, you’re consuming 350mg of Caffeine, which is a high dose that could cause side effects like jitters or energy crashes.

We recommend consuming between 150-200mg of Caffeine to avoid any side effects.

  • L-Tyrosine – A great ingredient to boost focus, but it’s more suited to a Nootropic. Why? Because it doesn’t offer any other benefit to directly improve your gym session.
  • Agmatine Sulfate – This is believed to promote nitric oxide production and improve muscle pumps, but it’s not proven to work in any studies.
  • Citrulline Malate – One of our favorite pre-workout ingredients. Why? Because it’s shown to improve muscle pumps so you feel great in the gym.
    But there’s an issue here. If you only take 1 scoop, you’re not getting an optimal amount (optimal dosage is 6,000mg).
    If you take 2 scoops, you’ve got the problem of taking a high dosage of Caffeine, which can cause side effects, so you can’t avoid problems here.
  • Beta-Alanine – It’s commonly in pre-workouts as it’s shown to improve muscular endurance. But it can also cause parethesia.

  • Bioperine  – Simply black pepper, it’s can improve the absorption rate of other ingredients it’s consumed with. But other than that, it doesn’t offer any other benefits.

Side Effects 

There aren’t many things that can go wrong with INFINITY (in terms of side effects) – except one thing.

The caffeine dosage. 

We recommend taking between 150-200mg to avoid any side effects, but INFINITY contains 350mg in 2 scoops.

So why not take 1 scoop?

Well, the Citrulline Malate will only be effective in 2 scoops (6,000mg dosages), so you can’t really avoid the problem of the over-dosed caffeine if you buy this product.

What’s Paresthesia? 

It’s what Beta-Alanine can cause in dosages over 0.8-1g – a tingling on the skin of your face, chest, hands, fingertips and toes.

INFINITY contains at least 1.6g of Beta-Alanine, so you’re almost certain to suffer paresthesia taking it.

INFINITY Review Conclusion

It’s frustrating that RARI Nutrition has overdosed the caffeine in 2 scoops, Why?

Answer: If the caffeine wasn’t over-dosed, then the 2 scoop option would make INFINITY one of the best pre-workouts.

However, if you want an optimal dose of Citrulline Malate (6,000mg), you’ll have to risk side effects from the 350mg dosages of Caffeine such as:

  • Insomnia
  • Energy Crashes
  • Jitters
