About The Product
Morph Xtreme is a pre-workout supplement made by iSatori. It costs $44.99 for 20 servings, making it one of the more expensive products on the market, and is available in 2 flavors - Bombsicle and Orange Mango Mania.
From first glance, we believe that there's been too many ingredients packed into Morph Xtreme. However, in fairness, iSatori seem to have dosed each nutrient well; we were especially happy to see an above optimal dosage of Citrulline Malate.
Anyway, we'll expand on this in the next section. But first, we'll tell you more about the company behind this pre-workout.
Who are iSatori?
iSatori are a supplements company that were founded in 2001. Their name is derived from a Japanese word, but they seem to be based in the USA.
We also found out that this brand was part of the 'FitLife' company who own many more brands including PMD and NDS; these brands are commonly seen in GNC stores and are popular there.
Anyway, you're here to learn more about Morph Xtreme. So let's see which ingredients have been added below...
Morph Xtreme Ingredients Explained
In total, Morph Xtreme contains 11 ingredients, which is just over what we believe is necessary; we usually find that pre-workouts containing more than 10 are under-dosed.
But the good news is that iSatori seem to have added optimal dosages of each ingredient inside Morph Xtreme. We've already mentioned that there's an optimal dosage of Citrulline Malate, which is great to see.
But along with the many positives, there are a few drawbacks; we prefer not to consume Yohimbe after having bad experiences with this nutrient in the past, but no product on the market is perfect.
We'll take you through each ingredient in Morph Xtreme. By the end of this review, you'll have a good idea of how safe and effective this pre-workout really is.
Here's Everything You Need To Know:
Citrulline Malate is one of our favorite ingredients you can find in pre-workout supplements.
Why? Because it's proven to raise your nitric oxide levels, which enhances your muscle pumps while lifting weights in the gym.
Not only does this make you feel and look better, but it also reduces muscular damage and fatigue - not bad eh?
But it's important to remember that studies show you need to consume 6,000mg per serving for it to work. The good news is that iSatori have clearly done their research and added a great 7,000mg dosage.
Inositol Stabilized Arginine Silicate
Not much seems to be known about this ingredient, but there's been a study that have been commissioned by Nitrosigine, who produce a patented version of it.
In our honest opinion, we believe studies involving unbranded nutrients are more reliable. So take this as you will.
For us personally, there simply haven't been enough studies conducted on Inositol Stabilized Arginine Silicate to consider it a reliable addition to Morph Xtreme yet.
Astragalus root Extract
Astragalus Root belongs to the legumes family and has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to improve heart health and immune system.
However, there isn't enough research conducted on this nutrient to suggest that it's capable of improving your sporting performance. But it still seems to be a good 'bonus' addition to Morph Xtreme here.
Beta-Alanine is a controversial ingredient as it's both beneficial but can also cause a side effect; this has shown to boost your muscular endurance, as well as being able to cause itchy & tingly skin (paresthesia).
Personally, we find this side effect to be very distracting while trying to focus on our gym session. However, we know that others don't mind paresthesia as much, so we always leave this down to personal preference.
Ultimately, we'll repeat that Beta-Alanine does work. So it's a good addition to Morph Xtreme if you don't mind the itchy & tingly skin that comes with it.
Creatine Magnesium Chelate
There are now many forms of creatine, with Creatine Magnesium Chelate being quite new in the industry.
It's believed to be more water soluble than the older trusted Creatine Monohydrate, but we'd rather consume Creatine Monohydrate personally; it's known to work for decades, and we don't believe there's any need to fix something that isn't broken.
Ultimately, most forms of creatine have shown to raise your strength and endurance. But call us old fashioned, we'll be sticking with the older Creatine Monohydrate for the foreseeable future.
Fair play to iSatori for keeping up with the developments in the industry and modernizing their supplements though.
Betaine Anhydrous & Choline Bitartrate
We've grouped Betaine Anhydrous and Choline Biatrate together, as they're actually very similar; both have shown to cause your breath and sweat to smell fishy when orally supplemented.
You can see this study for more details here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3848652/
More bad news is that neither ingredient is reliable at improving your sporting performance. For this reason, we don't consider Betaine or Choline to be very good additions to Morph Xtreme here.
iSatori have listed each BCAA separately instead of simply grouping them together; in case you're unaware, BCAAs are branched chain amino acids that have shown to promote muscle protein synthesis (growth) and are required to form complete proteins.
As a result, BCAAs can be beneficial for vegetarians.
Simply put, BCAAs are a great 'bonus' addition to Morph Xtreme here. But personally, we prefer to buy BCAAs separately so we can consume it at any time we want, instead of being restricted with a pre-workout.
You will know about Taurine from seeing it in energy drinks, but it's not able to raise your energy levels like some believe.
Instead, Taurine has shown to help reduce cramping during your workout.
While this makes it a 'bonus' ingredient, it's not really necessary either; you should be consuming 2-3 liters of water per day in order to stay hydrated, which will prevent cramping anyway.
Caffeine Anhydrous is undeniably a key addition to any pre-workout due to being able to raise your energy levels; this is the main reason many choose to consume pre-workout supplements.
However, you'll know that consuming too much coffee can cause jittery side effects. Now, everyone has a different tolerance to Caffeine, so it's important that you figure it out.
If you consume coffee on a regular basis, then you would have built up a higher tolerance, allowing you to consume more without suffering from jitters and energy crashes.
Morph Xtreme contains a huge 350mg Caffeine Anhydrous per serving, which we consider to be very big; this might cause those with a low tolerance some problems.
For this reason, we always advise you to consume under 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous per serving with pre-workouts. This will be sure to keep you safe from side effects, while giving you that 'kick' to help take your training to the next level.
Yohimbe Bark Extract
Personally, we consider Yohimbe Bark Extract to be the worst addition to Morph Xtreme. It's simply not needed in our honest opinion, as it's main function is to promote fat loss.
Now, if your main aim is to shred down body fat, then we recommend considering fat burner supplements instead.
But here's the worst part; Yohime Bark Extract has been reported to cause numerous side effects in the past. For this reason, this is one ingredient that we try to avoid when choosing a pre-workout supplement.

For the most part, Morph Xtreme is a great pre-workout that contains optimal dosages of effective nutrients.
But no supplement is perfect, and there are a few ingredients that can potentially cause some problems; this most notably includes Yohimbe Bark Extract, as well as Choline and Betaine.
In quick summary, in case you skimmed past the previous section...Yohimbe Bark Extract has been reported to cause numerous side effects, with Choline & Betaine being known to cause your breath and sweat to smell fishy.
Also, we'll repeat that the 350mg Caffeine Anhydrous can cause those with low tolerance jitters. But if you consume coffee on a regular basis, then you should be safe here.
Here's the potential side effects from taking Morph Xtreme:
- Nausea (Yohimbe Bark Extract)
- High Blood Pressure (Yohimbe Bark Extract)
- Anxiety (Yohimbe Bark Extract)
- Fishy Breath & Sweat (Choline & Betaine)
- Jitters (Over 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous per serving)
- Energy Crashes (Over 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous per serving)
Morph Xtreme Review Conclusion
We're very happy to announce that Morph Xtreme is definitely one of the better pre-workouts on the market.
It contains mostly safe and effective ingredients that are proven to improve your performance in the gym. Especially one of our favorite nutrients, Citrulline Malate.
However, there are a few drawbacks in our honest opinion; we don't believe that Yohimbe Bark Extract isn't a great addition to any pre-workout, and if you're main aim is to lose body fat, then look at fat burner supplements instead.
But again, for the most part, Morph Xtreme is a great pre-workout that'll benefit those that consume many cups of coffee each day.
iSatori Morph XTREME Pre-Workout Review
For those with an extremely high tolerance to Caffeine, Morph Xtreme will deliver a great kick.
But we don’t believe it competes with the highest rated pre-workouts on the market due to the drawbacks such as including Yohimbe Bark Extract, and not being reliably safe for those with lower tolerances to Caffeine.
